Above is a picture of the Pinot Gris in bloom! Very exciting as this is the time that self pollination occurs with the results producing a grape cluster! We have been very fortunate this year to have had an amazing winter and spring. The vines are very healthy and thriving. The vineyard was getting a bit dry and we started to use the trickle irrigation but then we were blessed with a few days of rain which helped immensely!
We will be updating our order form in the next few weeks and you will be able to place your order for juice/must the beginning of July.
We also have received our stainless steel tank and fusti shipment so we if you are looking for tanks we are fully stocked at this time.
